Wagner's music will be performed by the St. Petersburg Symphony Orchestra at the Hermitage Theatre. In the new program, Sergei Stadler turned to the opera Tannhäuser.
The story of a minnesinger knight, a repentant sinner, was perceived by the public and critics ambiguously from the moment of its creation, and still does not leave anyone indifferent. "Tannhäuser" in the perception of the viewer is an eternal plot and resonant productions, but first of all, of course, brilliant music. Maestro Stadler included in the concert key episodes of the opera, its most famous numbers. The leading soloists of the Petersburg Concert will take the stage of the Hermitage Theatre.
